Is there a free trial?
Yes, on the Pro plan. Developers get a free 7-day API trial — sign up and start generating avatars before committing to a subscription.
What counts as an avatar in my monthly quota?
Avatar generation is what counts. Re-exporting an avatar you have already generated is free and is not billed again.
What happens if I exceed 6,000 avatars in a month?
Extra avatars are billed at $0.03 each. Generation keeps working — you are not cut off when the quota is reached.
Can I buy just a few avatars instead of a subscription?
Yes. Create and export them one at a time in MetaPerson Creator — your first avatar is free, and each additional one costs in-app credits.
What is the difference between Pro and Enterprise?
Enterprise includes everything in Pro, plus the REST API, on-premise and offline avatar generation, custom model topology and blendshapes, custom hairstyles and outfits, custom terms, and a dedicated Slack channel for support.
Can avatars be generated on our own infrastructure?
Yes, on Enterprise. Local Compute runs avatar generation on-device or on-premise, at the same pricing as the Cloud SDK.
What formats do avatars export to?
GLB, glTF and FBX. Avatars are rigged and Mixamo-compatible, ready for Unity, Unreal, the web and mobile.
